GENERAL ENQUIRIES

Yes, we ship to e-packed countries such as Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United Sates, Canada, and Germany. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We have exclusive deals to make your shopping more convenient and cheaper.

1/ Then click on the “Add To Cart” Button. You will be prompted in your cart page. Here you can viewed all your selected items as you added.

2/ Then go to “Checkout” Button.

3/ Fill in all the required information, English only.

4/ Then click on the “Proceed to Shipping Methods” Button.

5/ Then you can select your preferred payment method and finish your checkout.

6/ Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal.
It depends on where you are. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order and proceed it. Then it will take additional 6-7 business days to ship to your preferred address Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Note: Please be aware we use Australia Post as our third-party delivery service which is currently experiencing some delays because of new Covid 19 procedures and a high volume of enquiries. Normally, we don't provide support during weekends and public holidays, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ENQUIRY

Generally, you can make any changes to your order within the first 24 hours. Make sure to Contact us immediately with your order number, and the preferred changed. The more information you provide, the sooner we can change your order details and address.

Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters processing pathway. We will try our absolute best to make the requested changes and make your shopping more convenient with us.

If your order has already been dispatched. In this case, we won't be able to send you another one so it’s best to contact the postal service in your residential area.

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs Authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and have not collected us, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates. Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.

Yes! all orders will include a tracking number. It will automatically be generated and sent to your email. You could track your order directly at out site, simple scroll at the bottom of our store and find track your order page.

If you received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, it means that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers can take 5-9 business days to update depending on the shipping carrier. This is usually due to our high volume of orders during this period of the time.

Yes, definitely!

As long as you put the address as the billing address you can do so. Please make sure you choose the correct address during purchase to avoid any delays and inconvenience in the process of receiving your order on time.

The speed of receiving your order can vary on a few things such as your shipping method and the shipping address. We offer several different methods of shipping.
